Beautiful Evening Family Photo Session

This lovely family had the perfect summer’s evening to hang out together and capture some memories. We waited until two hours before sunset, to get that lovely golden glow in our photos.

We started our session in a long patch of grass, underneath a group of tall trees. I first focused on getting a few family photos together, as I knew these would be the trickiest to get. (It’s so hard for all the little ones to be happy at the exact same time :) Then we quickly took some of the kids together, while everyone was still smiling. When the kids couldn’t contain their energy any longer, I pulled the lovely parents aside to get a few romantic shots of just the two of them. We finished off our session by walking to the beach, where we took a few fun photos of the family walking hand in hand.
