Fresh 48- Masterton Hospital Photo Session

I was so lucky to be able to capture some of the first moments after this little lady’s birth. These sessions are probably my favorite. There is something about the love in the air and all the feelings of precious new life.

These sessions are done within 48 hours of baby’s birth. At the hospital, or at home if you choose a home birth. I usually shoot these more documentary-style, with a focus on capturing these moments exactly how they are.

I shot a combination of still and film for this session, and just love the combination together in the final gallery.
