Stunning Wairarapa Olive Grove Session

This beautiful party of seven (yes, I did need to stop and count ;) wanted to have their photos taken in their Wairarapa olive grove. As it turned out we relocated to a grove just down the road, but these still turned out fabulously if I do say so myself.

The family drove over to the Wairarapa to work on the olive grove, and then ended the day with some family photos taken by yours truly.

This family received a gift card for family photos by a friend over a year before we actually managed to complete the session. Life, children, illnesses got in the way a few times but finally the stars all aligned, and this is the result.

What a fun, wild adventure this was. I just love big families- the dynamics, the laughs, the sibling rivalries, all of it.

What fun was had. We ended the session with some play-time candid shots, which I just adore.

I always take the time to get some photos of just mum and dad together. That’s the reason we were all here today after all.

I also always try to get a portrait of each child individually.
